Free shipping on orders over $200 CAD - discount automatically applied at checkout

$15 standard tracked shipping in Canada

Please allow 4-5 weeks before shipment as all of our garments are made to order. Shipping within Canada is typically 7 business days.

$25 standard tracked International shipping outside of Canada

For international shipping outside of Canada, please allow 5-6 weeks before shipment as all of our made to order garments. International shipping is typically between 10-14 days.

Return / Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns, please see the exchange policy below.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, send us an email at info@emandmay.com with the request for an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order and we will get back to you as soon as possible! In your email please include your full name, order number, description of the sizing issue and photos of you in the item depicting the sizing issue if possible. The items must not be worn, in original condition, tags attached, and original invoice included. We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the above conditions are not followed.

We do not accept any refunds or order cancellations in alignment with our made-to-order business model; we only allow exchanges or store credit. In efforts to minimize our waste, exchanges for store credit will be accepted on a case by case basis. Once an order has been placed, only sizing/colour changes (within the first 24 hours of placing the order) or address changes can be made.

If you are unhappy with your item and want to exchange it for a different style or colour, there is a $10 processing fee per piece and per change to change the style or colour of your item.

Items can only be exchanged for items from the same collection.

We do not accept any exchanges on underwear or swim bottoms for sanitary reasons. We are more than happy to recommend a size via email, DM, or Live Chat to ensure the perfect fit!

We reserve the right to deny or accept an exchange on a case-by-case basis, depending on the issue with the item.

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, duties, and taxes associated with the exchange. We are not responsible for any shipping or duty fees when shipping back an item for a style/colour exchange.
