We do not accept returns, please see the exchange policy below.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, send us an email at info@emandmay.com with the request for an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. In your email please include your full name, order number, description of the sizing issue and photos of you in the item depicting the sizing issue if possible.
The items must not be worn, in original condition, tags attached, and original invoice included. We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the above conditions are not followed.
We do not accept any refunds or order cancellations in alignment with our made-to-order business model; we only allow exchanges or store credit. In efforts to minimize our waste, exchanges for store credit will be accepted on a case by case basis. Once an order has been placed, only sizing/colour/shipping address changes can be made within the first 24 hours of the order being placed.
If you are unhappy with your item and want to exchange it for a different style or colour, there is a $10 processing fee per piece and per change.
Items can only be exchanged for items from the same collection.
We do not accept any exchanges on underwear or swim bottoms for sanitary reasons. We are more than happy to recommend a size via email, DM, or Live Chat to ensure the perfect fit!
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, duties, and taxes associated with the exchange. We are not responsible for any shipping or duty fees when shipping back an item for a style/colour exchange.
