We work on a made-to-order model with sustainably-sourced materials to reduce waste. This allows us to offer an ever-expanding inclusive size range, and custom sizing for everything we make, so that everyone can feel good in Em & May.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve always dreamt of becoming a fashion designer and creating my own brand.

I created Em & May while I was in school for Textiles & Apparel Design to give my projects more meaning. I continued to create pieces that sew my personality, emotions, and values all together.

After school, I continued with Em & May full time, with the intention of bringing sustainable fashion to a market plagued by fast trends and unethical practices. I operate on a made-to-order business model, while offering an inclusive size range so anyone and everyone can wear my pieces and feel confident and comfortable.

I use fabrics sustainably sourced in Canada, ranging from natural and recycled fibers to deadstock, and my packaging is exclusively made from recycled materials. Sustainability is at the core of my brand and I always strive to improve and perfect my practices.

Thank you to everyone that has supported and followed my journey. I wouldn’t be where I am today without the continued encouragement and belief in my dreams and goals for Em & May, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds.
